Provide updates on stock availability, pricing, delays, and estimated arrival times. Follow up with customers pre- and post-servicing. Respond to general product and delivery enquiries. Field enquiries regarding repairs and credits from existing clients. Produce daily sales order reports and other reports as requested by management. Liaise with freight companies. Follow up on pending emails and enquiries. Check stock availability. The Candidate: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and particularly SAP will be highly regarded. Ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities with ease. Precision and accuracy are your trademarks. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential. Strong product-based customer service experience within an office environment is highly desirable.
