Description About the role The ILS Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and delivering all ILS requirements related to Australian Defence projects, as well as other EOS projects as needed. This role includes managing a team of ILS engineers. The role will be responsible for working with all aspects of the Aftermarket and Services and Programs team to ensure that the Project’s ILS requirements are met on time, within budget and to the customer’s quality requirements. In this role you will: Ensure that all the project’s Logistic requirements are identified, captured and allocated to appropriate resources. Draft project Logistics documentation (plans etc) as required. This could include; Integrated Support Plans, Codification Data, Technical Data Lists, Recommended Provisioning Lists Manage the delivery of all Logistic requirements for the allocated Project and engage with the customer to ensure Customer Acceptance. Ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of logistics operations by employing life cycle cost modelling and logistics support analysis techniques Implement processes and procedures to support the acquisition and sustainment of equipment in accordance with Defence requirements Participate in ILS Planning workshops and work collaboratively with stakeholders Engage the Project Managers and the Project Management Group as required regarding deliverables. Skills And Experiences Experience: Qualifications or significant experience in an ILS domain Experience working within CASG environment. Ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Clearance Minimum 3 years in similar role. Experience in defence sector highly desirable.
