The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder invites you to take on the exciting role of Coordinator Ranger Services, where you will protect and enhance our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support our Ranger team, ensuring top-notch service delivery in community safety and compliance. Oversee daily operations, from managing the Animal Management Facility to supervising statutory enforcement activities. Develop policies, handle community concerns, and collaborate with stakeholders to create a safer environment. Champion culture change initiatives and continuously improve operational standards. Qualifications and Skills :
Significant leadership experience in law enforcement or local government. Expertise in interpreting and enforcing legislation, including Local Laws. A knack for fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A proven track record in budgeting, team management, and implementing compliance standards. Qualifications in Regulatory Officer Compliance and/or relevant law enforcement training. Values
