Description About the role Change Managers at MUFG Retirement Solutions work closely with the Portfolio Managers to maximize the efficiency of internal stakeholder working groups. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the role is to create strategic change plans, focusing on benefit realization and to ensure business readiness to adopt the change. We are seeking a Change Manager for a 6-month Fixed term contract role : Preferably with Global Teams experience, Cantonese speaking and Domain knowledge in Superannuation, Pensions & Administration with an added bonus of Hong Kong local regulatory / legislative experience Location: Open to Parramatta and Melbourne based candidates Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities Establish and maintain a change management capability which supports the project delivery process Develop agreed list of change management artefacts which will support the delivery of a seamless program for the varied levels of change within the business Work with stakeholders to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment plan Create, deliver or facilitate a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to all effectively reach impacted stakeholders Manage and deliver agreed change management program within the agreed timeframes Engage business readiness to help manage and deliver the change management program within agreed timelines and to help measure success. Facilitate change management meetings with assigned working groups/representatives Work with Learning & Development for the successful delivery of training programs for assigned changes: Reporting – provide enterprise and client reporting within a regular and agreed timeframe. Deliver regular Change Management updates to the portfolio and be instrumental in the process of prioritising change pipelines Promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive identification of potential issues. Contribute to the review of initiative successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews and tracking value of change Professionally represent MUFG Retirement Solutions in client meetings, external and industry forums; and Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality in line with MUFG Retirement Solutions core values. Experience & Personal Attributes Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments who can manage through ambiguity, resistance, drive visibility, collaborative plans, transition from project to standard operating practice Experience launching new region, systems & operational lens - pragmatic readiness approach and action planning. Someone who can storytell and build the direction, then deliver it Core Change Management skills (pragmatic) - Kotter/ Adkar at a minimum.
