About the Role:Key Responsibilities: Support the Clinical Director in meeting compliance requirements and promoting professional development. Coordinate continuous improvement activities and ensure timely documentation submission. Lead clinical care provision, including treatment, procedures, and daily living activities. Oversee staff management, including recruitment, rostering, and performance management. Act as a leader in crisis management and outbreak response within the home. Requirements: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. Minimum 3 years' nursing management experience, preferably in aged care. Commitment to quality care and knowledge of accreditation standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments. Proficiency in computer skills and case management. Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills. Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
