As the Tech Lead at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), you will be responsible for the technical delivery of the Core Mod Infrastructure Common Services stream. This is a 2-year fixed term contract based at Baulkham Hills. You will support the project manager by providing technical guidance into the work breakdown structure, its conversion into JIRA tasks to distribute to the team. You will also partake in the design, implementation and migration of infrastructure management and monitoring services. Your key objectives will include: Provide technical advisory and assistance to Project Manager and ensuring work breakdown structure and associated administration is maintained. Engage with vendors and partner stakeholders supporting the delivery of Core Modernisation. Manage internal stakeholders and system owners to ensure alignment of direction and delivery. Facilitate the stream’s change controls, scheduling and communications in accordance to the Bank’s implementation of ITIL and change management process. Contribute to the migration of the Bank’s infrastructure common services to its new target infrastructure. Communicate effectively within the wider project to provide timeline updates horizontally across the program. Skills required: Extensive experience in project delivery and understanding of project delivery methodologies. Extensive experience in the use of JIRA or similar tools. Experience in the planning, designing and migration of application onto a new infrastructure platform. Experience in administering monitoring solutions. Experience in administering Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments Experience in administering vCenter and other VMware ecosystem products.
