As the only listed traffic management company in Australia, its ambition is to transition into a new growth phase with a clear focus on enhancing its operational and corporate financial capabilities.The company is now seeking a highly driven and experienced CFO to join their executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in rebuilding the financial foundation, driving change, and leading the business towards greater profitability and success.
The company is committed to becoming the number one player in the industry, and you will have the opportunity to lead the financial strategy that will position them for long-term success.Reporting to the company's new Chief Executive Officer (who also has a finance background) and working intimately with the Board, you will lead, develop, and grow a finance team focused on ensuring strong corporate governance, accurate, timely and detailed financial reporting, the successful integration of essential systems and processes, and the planning and execution of capital raising for future growth.As an experienced people leader, you will inspire and lead an effective finance team through this growth phase.
You will empower staff and help foster a culture where they feel motivated to take initiative and think creatively.
Being risk-conscious, without being risk-averse, your influencing skills, combined with your strategic financial leadership, will assist in driving future business decisions and supporting the organisation to achieve its goals.To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced CFO or Head of Finance with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in leading finance teams to success.
You will also have experience applying these skills to an ASX-listed environment.
You excel in providing clear, transparent communication to the Board and key stakeholders, offering insights into the company's performance, both positive and challenging.
