About the Role:
A rapidly expanding leader in luxury retirement living is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Content Specialist. Based in Brisbane, this role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging copy across various marketing and communication channels, while also contributing to content creation and graphic design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop persuasive written content for marketing collateral, including sales materials, signage, print advertisements, and public relations campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and distribute engaging, brand-consistent content across multiple channels such as social media, email campaigns, blogs, and the company website.
3. Oversee the management of organic social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.
4. Contribute to content strategy development aimed at increasing digital platform traffic and growing the company’s online presence.
5. Design visually striking graphics, illustrations, and multimedia assets for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns, enhancing the visibility of the company and its communities.
6. Generate innovative ideas to support the evolution of the company’s brand identity.
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Holds a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications.
8. Has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
9. Demonstrates excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills, with a flair for storytelling that resonates with audiences.
10. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Canva.
11. Has a solid understanding of marketing and advertising channels, both on a national and local level.
12. Is adaptable, responsive to change, and comfortable handling multiple deadlines with a proactive attitude.
