Our insurance works cover both normal and catastrophe event claims for some of the largest insurers in Australia.This role involves building collaborative trade relationships and managing their performance in line with cost, quality, lifecycle, and occupational health, safety, and welfare expectations. Additionally, it includes ensuring supply chain capacity, onboarding and aligning trade partners, resolving disputes, and strategically planning for adequate capacity during anticipated catastrophe events.The Opportunity - You Will Successfully Ensure supply chain capacity and manage trade partner performance to meet cost, quality, and life-cycle expectations. Onboard, train, and align preferred trade partners with the material provider network. Build collaborative relationships and resolve disputes to ensure a positive customer experience and compliance. Strategically plan for adequate trade partner capacity, especially for anticipated catastrophe events.
