We're on the lookout for a confident and proactive Corporate Concierge to be the first point of contact at Hub Civic Quarter and Civic Quarter Business Centre in Canberra.
As the friendly face that tenants and guests interact with daily, you'll play a vital role in shaping first impressions and ensuring smooth, secure, and polished experiences throughout the space.
We are looking for a Full Time team member. With your warm and professional approach, you'll help maintain building standards, manage daily operations, and foster a safe and welcoming workplace environment.
What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!
): Be the go-to contact for tenants and visitors, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.
Coordinate and support the smooth operation of our Serviced Meeting Spaces (SMS), including bookings, set-up, catering, and basic tech troubleshooting.
Act as a first responder to security incidents — maintain a safe and secure lobby, log incidents, and escalate when needed.
Ensure all front-of-house and shared spaces remain clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Support communication and engagement through the CQ Tenant Portal and keep essential information updated.
Liaise with contractors, cleaners, and internal teams to maintain building standards and address any issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications We're Looking For Someone Who: Has 2–3 years' experience in a customer-facing role – ideally in concierge, corporate reception, facilities, or security.
Brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills to every interaction.
Demonstrates a commitment to both exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, secure workplace environment.
Is confident using CRM systems, has basic tech troubleshooting ability, and enjoys refining systems and procedures.
Can juggle priorities, stay composed under pressure, and always bring a polished, professional demeanour.
Takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for presentation, detail, and continuous improvement.
