Due to internal promotion, we have a fabulous role available in our National leadership team with incredible variety.With continuous growth and a strong strategic roadmap, we are currently seeking a State Manager to accelerate growth within our Western Australia HIAIS business.
The State Manager will be responsible for the performance of the regional business, client retention, new business development, revenue generation, compliance, and growth.To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a similar role in the insurance, broking, or construction industry.What the day will look like:Delivering strategic direction and the profitable and sustainable growth of your business unit and client servicing teams.Developing and maintaining the appropriate infrastructure, resources, and expertise to meet sales, service, and administration requirements.Developing best-in-class client relationships, enhancing client experiences, and improving interdependency sales opportunities.Managing relationships with wider teams, promoting collaboration and driving mutually beneficial growth outcomes.Leading the acquisition and engagement of HIAIS's major clients and prospects.Providing leadership and motivation to staff, driving a positive and high-achieving culture, and enhancing business performance.Assisting in the development and implementation of client and underwriter service methodologies, including strategies for client retention.Monitoring Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance with agreed business and industry standards.Skills and experience that will lead to success:Demonstrated experience within the insurance or broking industry (ideally within Building and Construction).Experience in leading and working within a National Leadership team.A strategic and execution-focused mindset.Problem-solving and solutions driven.Strong communication and presentation skills.Highly developed skills to influence and engage with senior stakeholders at an executive level.Holding a CPA is desirable.How we support our colleagues:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
