Roles and Responsibilities As a Junior Recruiter / Content Creator Intern, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in both recruitment and content creation. Here’s what you'll be doing: Content Creation Responsibilities: Create Engaging Content: Develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for our social media and marketing channels. Design Graphics: Use Canva to design eye-catching graphics for campaigns and posts. Write Copy: Craft clear and compelling copy for blogs, social media, and digital marketing materials. Support Digital Marketing: Assist in running online campaigns, social media management, and SEO. Understand Your Audience: Get to know our audience and tailor content to suit their interests and needs. Research and Analyse: Conduct research to stay ahead of trends and analyse content performance to continuously improve our strategy. Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm fresh content ideas and strategies. Junior Recruitment Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Help source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. Screening Candidates: Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screenings. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms. Interview Coordination: Assist with scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Engagement: Keep in touch with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they feel supported. Administrative Support: Help with recruitment documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and contribute to a smooth recruitment process.
