Administration Opportunities
We have multiple full-time permanent Administration roles available in our Energy Division, based in our Victoria Park office.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Administrator:
• Work closely with site representatives and the recruitment team to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a seamless onboarding and mobilization process for employees.
• Coordinate with Client logistics to request flights and accommodation as needed.
• Collaborate with employees to assign them work allocations of an ad-hoc and ongoing nature.
• Source internal resources to fill additional vacancies issued by Clients.
• Monitor Client E-Learning status to ensure all candidates are compliant prior to mobilization.
• Prepare and maintain accurate information and correspondence for effective reporting and compliance audits.
• Manage group Onboarding inboxes to allocate emails and tasks as they are received.
• Maintain company and Client databases, including Drug and Alcohol bookings for fitness for work compliance.
Training Administrator:
• Order PPE and manage training documentation.
• Perform word processing, data entry, and prepare correspondence and templates.
• Coordinate project support, manage external training events, and facilitate vendor mobilization to site.
• Conduct financial administration, including POs, credit card reconciliation, budget reconciliation, procurement, and commercial administration.
• Assist in maintaining and updating LMS processes and policies.
• Liaise with business areas regarding training queries via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email.
Requirements:
We are seeking applicants with:
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume admin environment. Experience with Resources is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent administration skills, including a high level of organization.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
• Ability to prioritize workload and produce high-quality work while adapting to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
