We're hiring a Retail Technology Assistant to help onboard stores to our loyalty program, integrate POS systems, and support retail technology operations.
What You'll DoLead store onboarding – Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system.Manage POS & API integrations – Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues.Work with vendors – Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines.Support & problem-solve – Identify and fix technical issues quickly.Bridge the gap – Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams.Document & improve – Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements.
What You'll NeedExperience in technology support, integrations, or a similar role.Understanding of APIs, POS systems, and app development processes.Strong communication skills – Able to explain technical details in simple terms.Problem-solving and project management skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
