Your strategic and commercial acumen will be pivotal in growing and retaining the Kayo and BINGE subscriber bases through high-impact revenue initiatives across our streaming platforms.As our Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and executing initiatives to optimise subscriber reactivation and retention metrics and maximizing revenue through pricing and promotional strategies.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of Kayo and BINGE, within a dynamic and evolving industry. Understanding consumer behaviour and business drivers will be key to identifying initiatives that enhance subscriber engagement and drive overall product uptake.What You’ll Be Working OnLead the evaluation and implementation of revenue initiatives through robust data analysis and business case modelling. Focus on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell opportunities through leveraging our existing active and paused customer bases to meet and exceed our revenue targets Design and implement a strategy to boost our up-sell and cross-sell rates across Kayo and BINGE through reviewing existing customer journeys and identifying new opportunities Work alongside finance teams during planning and forecasting cycles to drive the commercial inputs and review forecast assumptions to ensure alignment with commercial and strategic goals Provide insightful, ad hoc updates on commercial performance and subscriber metrics tailored for executive stakeholders, delivering actionable insights to drive informed decision-making, including inputting into Board paper and CEO updates Input into development of new pricing strategies to balance customer acquisition and customer management strategies to deliver sustainable revenue growth Continuously monitor and analyse market trends to pinpoint emerging opportunities and proactively address potential risks, ensuring we remain ahead of our competitors Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For5 years + management consulting experience (Tier 1 or 2 highly desirable) or from a corporate strategy/commercial backgroundStrong commercial and strategic acumen with experience and understanding of how to build data-led business cases (Media/TV, Subscription service highly desirable)Ability to simplify and tackle complex problems, synthesize findings from a variety of sources and present to stakeholders in a clearly articulated and concise presentation A growth mindset and the ability to challenge conventional thinking Strong communicator and team player, with the ability and confidence to present and influence stakeholders, collaborate effectively and to build strong relationships at all levels Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, able to prioritise effectively across multiple projects and be agile to move with adjusting targets Ability to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal guidance Love for Entertainment, Sport, Media landscape - we’re big believers in knowing the product and knowing the customer Life at Foxtel Group A career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
