Your Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional motivated by future leadership opportunities to join our passionate and talented Cabot’s team as a Business Development Executive. Reporting to the State Sales Manager this role will drive market growth for Cabot's Premium Woodcare Brands across NSW. You will be responsible to lead the trade and commercial portfolio, building and nurturing key relationships across the construction ecosystem, including architects, main contractors, and end users. Your excellent communication and people skills will see you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Dulux Construction Solutions, Trade Sales, and Stores to create integrated solutions and opportunities and influence the specification and preference of Cabot's coatings in significant commercial and residential projects.
