Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and train Stock Associates to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
2. Oversee all incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring compliance with company standards.
3. Maintain stockroom organisation and ensure inventory is processed efficiently.
4. Work closely with the Store Manager and Merchandising to support strategic business needs.
5. Monitor and action inventory discrepancies, filing claims when necessary.
6. Ensure all products are floor-ready, correctly tagged, and priced in alignment with promotions.
7. Assist in annual stocktakes and continuously drive improvements in inventory accuracy.
8. Uphold loss prevention strategies and meet company audit standards.
Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in back-of-house operations, stockroom management, or logistics within retail.
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. A proactive problem solver who can drive efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
5. Strong collaborative mindset, working effectively with front-of-house teams.
6. Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and after-store hours when required.
