Key Selection Criteria Commitment to Catholic Faith and Augustinian Charism: a demonstrated understanding of and active commitment to the Augustinian values and Catholic identity, with the ability to integrate these into the sporting program.Leadership and Program Development: proven leadership skills with a track record of developing, managing, and evaluating successful sports programs, particularly within a school or educational setting.Community Engagement: strong ability to foster a sense of community among staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders, promoting participation, sportsmanship, and positive relationships.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, including students, parents, staff, and external partners.Sports Administration Experience: extensive experience in sports administration, including managing budgets, coordinating events, and overseeing intra- and inter-school sports activities. Essential Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Education and Sports Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational or sporting organisation.Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration.A commitment to ongoing professional development and the ability to engage with wider professional learning networks.
