Our Contract Desks are all in hot markets focussing on placing White Collar Freelancers across Power, Renewables, Infrastructure and Sustainability.
Job Summary As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in business development, client management, and talent acquisition.
You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients (new and existing), negotiating contracts and fees.Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.Skills & Experience Required Degree qualification or relevant experience (minimum 2 years of experience Agency side in the Contract recruitment industry).Experience within Power, Renewables, Infrastructure and Sustainability is desirable, but a growth mindset and passion to learn is a must.Strong business development and sales experience within recruitment.Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets and objectives.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, resilient, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.Thrives in a fast pace environment.Individual who possesses strong commercial acumen.Why Join Spencer Ogden?
