We are the Australian authority in skin, hair and nail health, education, and advocacy, representing over 650 Fellows and 100 trainees nationwide.
Our mission is to advance the highest standards of dermatology care, education, and research for the benefit of the community.
Key Responsibilities Support the accreditation of training sites, including site visits and committee coordination.
Coordinate administration for the assessment and placement of International Medical Graduates (IMGs).
Assist with Specialist Training Program (STP) funding processes, including reporting and contract management.
Provide administrative support to the Director, Training Program and Accreditation Manager.
Help maintain training program data, documentation, and communications across internal systems and platforms.
Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and members to support training and accreditation outcomes.
Previous skills and experience: A relevant Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within education and training environments.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team setting.
Ability to work on the weekends and late evenings when necessary.
Experience in a professional membership organisation is preferrable.
