Job Title: General Manager, People
About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
Strategy development and execution: Align People Strategy with overall business and transformation goals, driving initiatives that support EA's strategy.
Leadership of People Functions: Lead EA's People functions including business partnering, operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, operations and payroll services; ensuring collaboration across teams.
Strategic Advisory and Coaching: Act as a strategic advisor to the Group Executive People & Workplace, Executive Team and People Leaders, offering coaching to build leadership capability, manage performance, and enhance engagement.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee talent acquisition to attract, engage, and retain top talent, and strengthen EA's employer brand and value proposition.
Employee Experience and Engagement: Develop communication strategies to improve employee experience and engagement across the organisation.
Talent Management: Execute the People Plan to drive high performance and capability building through talent management and development programs.
Culture: Strengthening our One EA culture, supporting cultural clarity and effective ways of working across the organisation.
Compliance: Lead initiatives to build EA's culture, ensure compliance with legislation, manage employee relations, and monitor key People metrics.
Your Success Factors:
Tertiary qualifications in HRM, psychology, business, or a related field, or extensive knowledge and experience is critical in contemporary HR practices.
Expertise: As a seasoned General Manager, you should be proficient in leading and managing various HR functions like talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, people operations, and payroll services.
The role requires an individual with experience in overseeing and driving strategy for these key areas.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders, foster collaborative relationships, and advise EA's Executive and Leadership Teams on innovative HR practices.
Coaching and Business Partnering: Strong coaching experience and the ability to partner with business leaders in complex organisations, adapting to change with an agile, growth-oriented mindset.
Leadership and HR Initiatives: Experience leading HR initiatives across workforce planning, culture, performance, employee experience, change management, and development, while managing team with competing priorities.
