Overview (Text Only) The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for rolling out Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives across APAC.
This is a permanent part time role with a 22.8 hours per week.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of training requirements across all store and corporate team members to ensure alignment with Foot Locker's objectives and individual development needs.
Develop comprehensive training plans encompassing strategies, content outlines, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics to effectively address identified needs and ensure measurable success.
Produce and distribute a range of instructional materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentation decks tailored to meet specific business requirements and enhance learning experiences.
In partnership with local and global HR teams, deliver interactive and impactful learning sessions, spanning from onboarding initiatives to specialized technical skills, compliance training, and leadership development programs, fostering an environment conducive to continuous learning and professional growth.
Support and elevate our team member Engagement, Wellness and DIBs strategy.
Develop and rollout processes that support succession planning and capability development.
As required, lead, support and/or contribute to key organisational strategic projects and initiatives aligned to people and performance.
Additional related special projects and specific tasks may also be required on an ad hoc basis, depending on the needs of the business and as requested by Management.
Qualifications Minimum 4-7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or similar industry Tertiary qualifications in Training, Learning & Development, Education, Business or related discipline Experience in designing and evaluating training programs Experience managing large scale programs and multiple projects Ability to analyse business needs and design specific solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A proactive, accountable and hands-on approach Passion for retail industry and desire to contribute to a world-class organization Benefits A Flexible Working environment.
