What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in our property team, working alongside highly experienced Senior Property Managers who will mentor you, share their expertise and support your professional development. This role offers a long-term career path, with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience as you work towards a Senior Property Manager position.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting ingoing, routine, and outgoing property inspections.
* Managing arrears and issuing breach notices.
* Assisting with potential tribunal cases and court appearances.
* Running your own portfolio of properties, keeping it well-organised and meticulously maintained.
* Handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Licensed in Property Management (essential).
* Holds a current driver’s licence (essential).
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient in administrative tasks.
* Passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and committed to long-term career growth.
* A people person—able to build strong relationships with landlords while maintaining a professional rapport with tenants.
* Looking for future leadership opportunities within a high-performing, supportive team.
