Role Overview: Responsible for all administration activities including the efficient planning of all day-to-day activities to ensure that time frame requirements are met and all customer enquiries are addressed. The ideal candidate will have a professional phone manner, excellent time management skills, attention to detail and be able to effectively support the estimation team – computer literacy is a must, proficiency with Microsoft suite highly regarded. This role is part time, general hours are 9AM-1PM Monday to Friday, however this 4 hour per day schedule has flexibility for the right fit. Reporting to: Regular consultation with and direction of the Production Manager and Accounts manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Entry of projects into company database Oversee Sales, Projects and Administration emails, distributing to relevant person(s). Actioning General phone enquiries. Records management & maintenance (Finance and HR only) Comply with all safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures Other duties as directed by the Production Manager and Accounts manager.
