Technical service delivery lead for Modern device management & Seamless collaboration. Hands on experience on software deployment & Patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Mgr., Intune etc preferred. Act as a point of contact for Client delivery executives and stakeholders at the client side for Endpoint services.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Candidate with 8 to 11 Yrs. Strong experience in Microsoft 365 stack on Intune, Endpoint manager, Office 365, Collaboration tools etc
2. Experience in managing a team of 20 or more members preferred
3. Set career path, training and engagement of people in their respective domains as well as cross functional
4. Resource hiring/alignment to projects
5. Accountable for achieving delivery goals (customer specific SLA as well as KPIs) in large and complex enterprise environments involving use of different tools and technologies
6. Drive Evergreen & release management process to keep the estate up to date
7. Drive technology Roadmap for client estate and future state of operations
8. Drive client satisfaction using continuous service improvements in technology & process
9. Period reporting of SLA / KPIs and monthly service performance review with customers
10. Escalation management
11. Engage with clients on business needs and build necessary IT solutions / improvements / scope extension
12. Drive cost optimization against current baseline via automations / efficiency
13. Develop the Standard processes for Incident and change management as to be followed in operations for End user computing group and adherence to ITIL guidelines
14. Track & report productivity and quality KPIs (and related KPI goals), for team as well as the mechanism to track them
15. Understand the offerings under modern device management & seamless collaboration portfolio and generate organic growth opportunities
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Necessary skills:
16. Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management
17. Experience in managing large scale transition projects
18. Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM and Client Executives
19. Ability to work in a team environment & drive day to day operations
20. Able to adapt to a changing technical environment
21. Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise
22. Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users
23. Ability to work with a sense of urgency
24. Customer facing presentation and consulting skills
25. Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
Certifications:
ITIL Foundation (optional),
Any Microsoft 365 certifications preferred.
