This is a critical and highly visible role in the Big W business with the core focus of building out supply plans and aligning our stock requirements across multiple stakeholders to deliver best in class availability to our customers and stores. Working with the Supply Planners to evaluate and review both long and short term supply plans for effectiveness in balancing availability, inventory, operational capabilities, and costsAccountable for supply performance and delivery of objectives and key results across the Big W businessImplementing supplier development and hypercare programs to support continuous improvement across the spaceFostering partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to promote trust within the end to end replenishment process and increase awareness of the value proposition of the Replenishment teamCoaching and mentoring to develop a high performance, empowered team, and cultureWhat you'll bringYou will bring to the role the ability to manage, organise and prioritise multiple work assignments within a fast paced environment to achieve business timelines. You will have exceptional communication skills and a strong knowledge and understanding of Supply Planning, tools and processes.Proven leader with the ability to develop and inspire large teams with broad skill setsComplex problem solving ability to identify process issues and conduct root cause analysis to develop contingencies/countermeasures to resolve issuesPrevious experience working with large data sets to identify opportunities and risksKnowledge of DC processes and Supplier Relationship ManagementExperience working with global sourced products is desirableWhat you'll experienceWe embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
