Reporting to a Team Lead of Information Enablement, the Geospatial Analyst will support key Australian Climate Service projects.
The Geospatial Analyst will have an important role in delivering practical and valued services for decision-makers, working closely with the four Australian Climate Service delivery partners, other key climate and natural disaster stakeholders and external service providers.
The role will be responsible for supporting Geospatial projects, including collecting and facilitating the collection of datasets, data governance, processing and manipulation of data, as well the complex visualisation of the products through graphs, dashboards and story maps.
The delivery will require detailed communication and feedback from stakeholders, with assisting in gathering requirements and providing solution recommendations as part of the role.
