Job Title: Infrastructure and Project Risk Advisory – Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver commercial, risk-based solutions grounded in strong experience and expertise.
* Provide effective communication to clients and maintain key Ashurst and client relationships.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Risk Advisory practice and Infrastructure, Places, and Capital Projects team in Australia and globally.
* Drive and contribute to business development activities, including tendering, to build the profile of the firm and yourself.
About You:
You have 5-9 years of specialized infrastructure and/or property risk advisory experience, ideally within a consulting environment. You are comfortable advising clients on complex commercial issues relating to major public infrastructure and/or property projects to ensure project success.
Candidates with additional experience in finance/financial advisory, property development/advisory, economics, strategy, risk, and/or engineering are highly valued. You're a self-starter who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment that is always evolving and requires you to be proactive, adaptable, and humble.
You have proven experience delivering high-quality work for clients and stakeholders in line with expectations and deadlines. You're confident in autonomously finding solutions to a range of problems, especially those related to risk management, in a commercial and client-focused way.
You have proven experience coaching and guiding junior members of your team. You have experience providing the highest quality service to clients and fostering professional and commercial relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You're passionate about collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to solve client problems. You proactively seek and welcome feedback to support the development of your skills and expertise.
You're excited to work in a team that allows you to take on more responsibility and proactively get involved in a range of work, including client interaction and business development.
