What are you going to do Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end implementation of HSEC IS, ensuring it meets technical and business requirements.Prioritize stakeholder needs and ensure successful delivery.Lead testing, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.Ensure transparency in communication and manage project risks.Support post-implementation transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU). Essential skills and knowledge Requirements: Qualifications: Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Administration, or related field.Desirable: Experience in HSEC or mining industry projects. Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing large-scale ERP and HSEC projects.Strong proficiency in MS productivity tools.
