Job Description Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to team members Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure Implement and monitor IT security measures Participate in IT projects and initiatives Work closely with other departments to improve IT services Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies Document IT processes and procedures Provide IT training and guidance to team members The Successful Applicant A successful IT Senior Support Engineer should have: 5+ years' experience in IT with 3+ years in an engineering role.
Proven experience with maintaining high levels of system availability, performance and maintenance.
Project delivery experience would be advantageous.
