Requirements
* Proven experience in retail management, ideally in luxury goods or premium brands
* Strong clienteling skills, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships
* Experience in stock management and visual merchandising
* Proficiency in rostering, financial reporting, and P&L management
* Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
