What you'll be doingAtturra is looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Manager to own and drive all marketing activity for our Managed Services business. This role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketer to shape and execute a comprehensive marketing program, working closely with senior management, sales, technical teams, external agencies, and technology partners.As a trusted advisor to the business unit, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that align with both business unit and corporate objectives, enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and fostering customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop, own, and manage the Managed Services marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and business unit objectives.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior leadership, sales teams, technical experts and technology partners to ensure marketing initiatives support business growth.Vendor Marketing & MDF Management: Oversee vendor co-marketing programs, securing Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring compliance, and optimising funding for impactful campaigns and events.Cross-Business Collaboration: Work with other business units and the corporate marketing team to execute integrated campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and brand awareness activities.Campaign & Event Management: Plan and execute targeted content marketing, digital campaigns, industry events and conferences, measuring success and ROI.CRM & Lead Nurture: Manage and optimise CRM marketing activity in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring effective lead nurturing and data-driven insights.Content & Digital Marketing: Develop and execute content strategies, including website content, email marketing, social media, and LinkedIn/Google ad campaigns to enhance engagement and brand visibility.PR & Thought Leadership: Work closely with an external PR agency to generate press releases, media coverage, and thought leadership articles.Customer advocacy: Identify and engage satisfied clients to share their success stories and develop industry case studies.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing performance quarterly and annually, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.What will make you successful in this role?This role offers the opportunity for a motivated marketer to step up, take ownership, and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, growing business.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field (ideally with digital marketing experience)8-10 years' experience in marketingCore Skills:Strong experience in campaign execution and stakeholder managementVendor/partnership marketing experience preferredEvent management experience from brief to deliveryGreat communication skills - ability to write/edit communications materials, including presentations, articles, brochures, website, email & social copy.Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) for campaign execution, email marketing and lead nurture journeys.Proficiency in website content management (e.g. WordPress) and paid digital advertising (LinkedIn & Google Ads experience beneficial).Social media and email marketing expertise to drive client engagement.Strong presentation skills - confidence in presenting and collaborating with key stakeholders internally and externallyExcellent organisational, planning, and project management skillsStrong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to marketing execution.Understanding of the IT industry and landscape (preferred)Personal Attributes:A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.A team player who collaborates effectively across business functions.A connector of people, able to build rapport and strong relationships.Highly literate and articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Why is this an exciting opportunity?Atturra is one of the fastest growing ASX-listed advisory and IT solutions companies in Australia, giving you a strong foundation to fulfil your career ambitions.We currently have 1100+ professionals working across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong who are using innovation to lead the way.The Managed Services division of Atturra provides leading Hybrid IT, Private Cloud, and Connectivity services, backed by decades of industry experience.
