Working with guidance from the Project Manager and Executive Director Operations and Performance, you will assist in the development, management, and implementation of strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the delivery of the Hospital North access & flow program.
The Role:
Be a productive member of one or more project teams to implement the objectives of various projects, ensuring that Hospital North access and patient flow program objectives and project initiatives are delivered utilizing contemporary project management approaches and are aligned with strategic priorities and Agency requirements.
Position Features:
Interstate travel may be required.
You will need to:
* Contribute to the delivery of Hospital North strategic priorities and the objectives and outcomes of the Hospital North access & flow program.
* Utilize a background in clinical practice and project management strategies to contribute to the formulation and delivery of designated clinical redesign projects, including identifying complex issues and contributing to the development of solutions.
* Undertake assigned project activities, ensuring they align with Agency policies, procedures, core business, and relevant legislation, and contribute to the development of operational solutions, guidelines, and recommendations for improved service delivery outcomes.

Details of Appointment:
Permanent, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as the successful candidate can join our team. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:
$107,899 to $122,292 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
