Fortnightly salary: $4948.00 - $5300.00
Job duration: until 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension
Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability:
1. Demonstrated experience in execution of business analysis activities on large scale complex ICT program/projects.
2. Demonstrated experience analysing and documenting business process and system modelling activities for large scale complex organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) or Use Case development.
3. Expertise in contemporary testing methodologies and toolsets such as Selenium or Cucumber with RestAssured in complex, custom-built IT systems.
4. Demonstrated experience in testing methods and frameworks to ensure the integrity of testing and an ability to develop project test strategies, test plans and test cases.
5. Demonstrated experience in establishing and/or maturing test automation framework.
6. Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts for software applications.
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including internal IT team, project team and external technology vendors to deliver required outcomes.
8. Demonstrated high level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a proven record in the assessment and evaluation of testing requirements within a complex and novel environment.
9. Experience working in Agile environment.
Highly desirable skills:
1. Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques, methodologies and tools preferably aligned with BABOK 3.0.
2. ANZTB/ISTQB Tester certifications (Foundation, Test Lead etc).
3. Experience in Business Driven Testing (BDD) and Business Driven Development (BDD).
4. 3-5 years experience as Test Analyst working in test automation domain and exposure to complete software testing life-cycle.
