About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a beloved community-focused business as an Assistant Store Manager and play an essential role in supporting the vibrant Charleville community. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in overseeing store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Support with rostering, staff training, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Build strong relationships within the local community, contributing to its growth and well-being.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in a retail management or supervisory role, who possesses strong leadership and team-building skills, passion for community engagement and customer service, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a regional retail environment.
