About the Role
Hastings Deering is seeking a Portfolio Business Partner join our award-winning team in Archerfield, Brisbane. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Portfolio Business Partner, you will:
1. Analyse and participate in information distribution to meet stakeholders’ expectations.
2. Develop and manage appropriate communication channels to keep the stakeholders up to date.
3. Analyse data, assist in evaluating projects cost and suggest corrective actions for cost control.
4. Advise on projects budgeting and cost control for effective project cost management.
5. Support Portfolio Reporting.
6. Advise project teams on proactive risk management plan in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure project success.
7. Clarify strategies and plans, giving clear sense of direction and purpose for self and teams.
8. Manage daily administrative operations, processes and activities related to Portfolio management.
9. Review and validate business requirements to influence decisions to achieve a win-win outcome.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
20. Tertiary qualified
21. Proven experience in implementing and running project management and/or lean six sigma philosophies
22. Extensive experience in leading and working within a team environment
23. Knowledge of service management within operations based environment
