About the role We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic Coles360 team. This role is at the forefront of retail media, supporting our client partners to scale and grow our agency and brand portfolio. You’ll work across major agency holding companies like GroupM, OMG, and Publicis, as well as directly with brands, managing delivery, execution, reporting, and campaign analysis. Why Apply? Applications close 22nd January What You’ll Do • Provide sales support to two Client Partners in Melbourne and Sydney.• Deliver and execute campaigns with a focus on excellence and results.• Create reports, analyse performance, and articulate outcomes.• Support the upselling and cross-selling of Coles360 solutions to existing clients, organically increasing revenue.• Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, strategy, and analyst teams.• Manage online campaigns (e.g., programmatic and social) while gaining exposure to offline and in-store trade assets. About you and your skills You’ll have 2 - 3 years of experience in a media agency, publisher, or brand-side media team coming from an account management, digital coordinator, strategist or business partner role.With a proven understanding of programmatic and social-led campaigns, you’ll have exposure to data-led activation and working with large datasets. You’ll also have: A delivery-focused mindset Strong attention to detail Ability to connect the dots to identify opportunities Analytical and reporting skills Commercial acumen Strong presentation skills Ability to network across teams.
