This full-time, permanent position is based in Gosford, NSW.
As a Welder, you will play a key role in the assembly, disassembly, welding, and maintenance of conveyor pulleys and winching equipment.
You will be working with a team that values collaboration, safety, and technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesWelding and fabrication to AS1554 Part 1 & 5 from workshop drawings.MIG Welding (bare wire, flux), Sub-Arc Welding, and Air Arc gouging.Plasma cutting, flame cutting, and plate rolling.Forklift driving and overhead crane operation.Handling materials and equipment, as well as other ancillary duties.Responsible for the cleanliness and housekeeping of the designated workplace and workshop to 5S standards.Identifying process improvements and completing Non-Conformance Reports as required.Ensuring all work is completed within the allocated time and according to safety guidelines.Safety and ComplianceAdhere to Safe Work Instructions and Safety Operating Procedures.Promptly notify your supervisor of any workplace hazards and help resolve them.Prioritise health and safety for yourself, your colleagues, and the environment.Collaborate in a team and follow WH&S guidelines.Skills And ExperienceTrade Qualification (Cert.
