Join us and be part of the future of biomedical research.About the Role:Lead and manage a team of animal care technicians, providing guidance and support for professional development.Ensure compliance with ethically approved research protocols and quality assurance standards.Build collaborative relationships with researchers, supporting their objectives through outstanding technical services.Promote and implement health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the team.Deliver technical training workshops and design improved operating procedures.Selection criteria (to address in application)Significant experience working in a biomedical research environment.Proven interpersonal and liaison skills in building constructive relationships with clients and stakeholders within and external to the University.Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a small team.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of compliance and quality issues impacting on a biomedical research environment.Experience in HS&W compliance and compliance systems, e.g. RMSS system.Demonstrated ability to work with software and/or similar software eg.
