Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is a varied role that provides high level support to the APAC Global Risk Consulting leader. You will be an essential part of the team; this diverse role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your organisational and collaboration skills, providing exceptional service and support at the highest level.
This is a part time (4 days a week)parental leave cover opportunity to be based in our Aon Sydney offices.

What the day will look like
Your primary responsibility will be providing seamless, executive-level support to the APAC Global Risk Consulting Leader. You will be responsible for the coordination of a confidential calendar, inbox and travel management. You will ensure all correspondence and requests effectively, utilising time by showing initiative to proactively and proficiently schedule meetings and events and assist as required on high-level projects and varied administrative tasks.

4. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
5. Proven ability to resolve complex and strategic challenges as they arise
6. Previous administration experience in an Assistant or similar role supporting at the Executive level
7. Diary and email management
8. Travel arrangement
9. Responsive and ability to move quickly in fast paced environment
10. Technologically savvy – experience in using full Microsoft suite (including One Note and One Drive), video conferencing, etc.
11. Experience in taking minutes and supporting governance frameworks
12. Flexible working environment with commitment to support leader from the office as required
13. Experience in supporting someone in a market facing role – i.e. external stakeholder engagement
