We are currently have two vacancies we're looking to fill:Mechanical Engineering TechnicianPainting Trades WorkerMechanical Engineering TechnicianApplicants must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant qualification. Duties for the Mechanical Engineering Technician role include:Production Technical Support:Provide technical support to the production team to resolve operational issues.Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process problems to minimize downtime.Quality Assurance:Ensure that production processes meet established quality standards and specifications.Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.Training and Development:Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and quality standards.Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, improvements, and quality control activities.Prepare and present technical reports and production performance summaries.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Participate in HSE audits and risk assessments.Promote safe work practices and a safe working environment.The successful applicants will be offered a remuneration between $73,150 - $81,016.Painting Trades WorkerApplicants must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role and hold a relevant qualification.
