About the role:
The role of Consumer Portfolio Leader is to identify opportunities and drive change across the product portfolio.
What you'll do:
* Analyse the portfolio performance across all channels to identify opportunities to optimise portfolio profit and loss performance
* Evaluate the performance of product/pricing/marketing/claims initiatives to determine impact and recommend appropriate solutions
* Conduct regular investigation of the portfolio data to highlight segmentation trends and develop appropriate solutions.
* Lead and develop others ability to draw insights and connect underlying story to the data
* Actively motivate, develop, coach and engage team members to drive results and create a high performing team
* Produce consumer portfolio information and analysis servicing both internal and external stakeholders such as Regulators, Reinsurers and the ATO.
What you'll bring:
* Entrepreneurial mindset and customer centric approach
* Ability to initiate and manage changes
* Knowledge of key financial processes and performance metrics
* A passion for people development and leadership
* Insurance product knowledge preferred.
