The role:
Be part of exciting change within Health HR and work with the team in the transition to a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and associated projects aligned with Organisational Design:
1. Provide accurate advice, information and support to managers and business support staff on a range of human resource practices and procedures relating to the Agency’s establishment, including:
2. Processing variations to the establishment, and associated reporting
3. Statement of Duties reviews
4. Job classifications
5. Related projects.
6. Work closely with the HR Consultant - Employment and Organisational Design and HR Advisors within the business unit, providing advice and support when required.
7. Review positions, by conducting research and analysis, to ensure compliance with legislation, consistency with established standards, and maintenance of relativities across the Department.
8. Ensure that Statements of Duties reflect mandatory Departmental and award/agreement requirements including liaising with key business units to gather all necessary information for the evaluation/processing of the request.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for 12 months
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
12. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $77,213 to $88,851 per annum + 11% superannuation
