* Provide awesome, first-call resolution for both inbound and outbound customer interactions
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalate if needed
* Guide customers through using the self-service portal, troubleshooting as needed
* Handle account changes and basic finance related inquiries

Requirements for the role:
* Experience in phone-based customer service or call centers
* Ability to meet and exceed customer focused KPI's
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A knack for building rapport and upselling products where relevant
* Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems
* Sharp data entry skills and an eye for accuracy
