We are looking for a sales professional who knows bikes, understands customers, and wants to build lasting relationships—not just close deals. You will be working with Royal Enfield Motorcycles- one of the biggest international motorcycle brands, helping riders find their perfect machine while growing our local riding community.
What You'll Do •Sell motorcycles with passion and expertise—whether in the showroom, on test rides, or at events
•Use your bike knowledge to guide customers, whether they are first-time riders or seasoned pros
•Manage leads, follow up with customers, and maintain records in our CRM
•Contribute to community events, group rides, and local partnerships
•Assist with social media and content creation for the Australian market
•Work Saturdays, with Mondays and Tuesdays off (some weekend events required)
•Start early May, with training and PDIs in April
What We're Looking For •Motorcycle licence and passion for riding—this is non-negotiable
•Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles or automotive
•Tech-literate, with experience using CRMs and lead management tools a plus
•Highly motivated and autonomous—takes initiative and does not wait for instructions
•Community-minded, excited to join and organise ride events
•Strong communication skills, comfortable talking to customers and creating content for the Australian audience
