Omni Dental, a leading dental laboratory under Curae Health, specializes in cutting-edge digital dental solutions. We design, develop, and manufacture dental devices to support clinicians in delivering quality restorative services and enhancing the patient experience. To achieve this, we seek an ICT Customer Support Officer (Digital Relationship Officer) to join our team and assist our staff and clientele in adopting and utilizing our digital dental software solutions.
This role will be based at our Melbourne (Abbotsford) laboratory, with occasional travel locally and interstate.
About the Role
Digital Relationship Officer: Key Responsibilities
* Provide immediate technical telephone support for complex hardware and software capital equipment used in digital dentistry, including implant planning software intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM systems, 30 printers, and milling machines.
* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Offer technical support to staff and clients on digital dental software and systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital workflows and software integration.
* Conduct training sessions for staff and clients to optimize their use of digital dental tools and software/hardware.
* Assist in setting up and configuring hardware and software within the business.
* Travel to client sites to provide hands-on support, build relationships, and assist with product adoption.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Promote company technologies and digital products among potential, new, and existing customers.
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital dentistry.
We're Looking For
* Experience in ICT support, preferably within a healthcare or dental environment.
* A strong understanding of digital dental software, CAD/CAM systems, and related technologies.
* Exposure to dental laboratories or experience as a dental technician is highly advantageous.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Willingsness to travel for client visits and on-site support.
* A valid driver's license.
