As part of its growth journey, they are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to assess, enhance, and drive improvements across all HR functions. The Role Reporting directly to the General Manager, the HR Manager will play a key leadership role in reviewing and optimising HR processes to align with business objectives. You will provide strategic recommendations and implement improvements across multiple HR functions, including: Workforce planning and change management HR strategy development and alignment with business goals Organisational culture and employee engagement Talent acquisition and employer branding Performance management and employee development programs Compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy HR compliance, risk management, and employment law adherence Implementation and optimisation of HR technology and digital HR tools This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of an already effective HR function and leverage your expertise to refine and enhance HR strategies, policies, and processes. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards Experience with HRIS platforms, digital HR tools, and data analytics A proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development Industry experience in fleet leasing or the retail motor sector is advantageous but not essential - candidates from other industries who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply What's on Offer This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary and an incentive component, which will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
