Location : Credible Sydney, New South Wales, AustraliaPosted : 6 days agoMain Duties and Responsibilities :Be responsible for the smooth running of the showroom office, dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and maintaining filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).Entering of data into XERO (Accounting software).To undertake word processing, electronic communication, telephone communication, filing, printing and photocopying work as required by the charity team, including the HR and Marketing teams.Basic marketing activities / reporting.Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).Coordinate suppliers / deliveries for projects.Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Assist colleagues whenever necessary.Qualifications :Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).Qualifications in Secretarial Studies will be an advantage.
