Deliver professional customer service by addressing enquiries, identifying customer requirements, processing orders and communicating status.
*Working within a small, dedicated team, you will be the first point of call to PSA.
*Enquiries will be a mix of general sales and technical issues, generated by phone, email and in person.
*Technical support is provided, although the role requires the candidate to interpret some engineering drawings/sketches to identify products and quantities.
*Strong mathematical aptitude and English competency (able to calculate sums accurately and quickly)
*Assist with logistics communication and functions
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Previous Customer Service experience in similar industries preferred but not essential
*Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
*Strong rapport and relationship building skills.
*Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings, including numeracy skills.
*Strong aptitude in geometrics (measurements in shapes including areas and volumes).
*Sound basic mathematics including percentages.
*Competent skills and experience in the use of Business Systems and the Microsoft Suite
