The Operations Executive will manage the seamless production and delivery of a revolutionary new stone product that combines decades of craftsmanship with this new cutting-edge design. The Operations Executive position will be responsible for leading and streamlining ASWCO's ordering, international logistics, and customer experience function to ensure exceptional servicing from factory to client delivery. Improvement and systems management will be critical along with process review and development across production, marketing, and customer delivery. You will have a proven track record in a similar role where you have proven experience in operational management, logistics, process and system development. You will illustrate a strong capability to work proactively, with a solutions-focused approach to streamlining complex processes. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms will be looked upon favorably coupled with excellent organisational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with international partners.
